What forms of payment do you
accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S.
bank. We also accept valid Purchase Orders, which need to be
faxed to 301-913-0119 prior to purchase fulfillment. Credit
Card orders will be shipped as soon as card is processed.
Orders paid by check will be shipped as soon as check is
received. Orders paid by Purchase Orders will be shipped as
soon as the valid purchase order is received via fax or
mail.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes.
Our secure servers protect any information you share with us,
including your name, address, and your credit card
information.
How do I pay with a check?
At the end
of the checkout process, you will have the option of either
paying by credit card, purchase order, or check. Once you
press the Submit Order button at the bottom of the page, a
confirmation of your order will appear. Print the confirmation
page and mail it along with your check to Mega Metropol, Order
Dept., Sehit Adem Yavuz Sk 6/2 Kizilay, Ankara, 06440. Checks
must be denominated in Turkey dollars and drawn on a Turkey bank.
Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment is
received.
I received a special offer from you but the
price is not the same on your Web site. How do I order online
and get the special offer?
If you´ve received a special
offer via email, you must click on the link in the email to
receive the special offer online. If you received a special
offer via mail, you can go directly to the link printed on the
offer or respond to the offer via mail.
I placed an online order at the store but I
haven´t received my order. What do I do?
If you´ve
placed an order and have not yet received it, please contact
our Customer Relations Department so that we may investigate.
Please have your order confirmation email accessible when you
call. You can also check the status of your order online by
accessing your account directly online. You may also forward
the email to us at info@megametropol.com along with a brief
description of your inquiry.
How long will it take to receive my
order?
If you placed your order online with a credit
card, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. If you
placed your order online with a Purchase Order, Check or Money
Order, your order will be shipped within 48 hours of when the
payment is received. To ensure prompt delivery, mail your
payment as soon as your order is placed.

Why are International prices higher than Turkey
prices?
Due to the high cost of shipping items outside
the Turkey, we charge a higher price for International
customers. The higher price incorporates the extra shipping
charges which is added to your order after you have entered

Where do I renew my subscription at the
eSchool News Web site?
At this time, there is no method
for renewing a subscription through our Web site. You may
renew at any time by contacting our Customer Relations
Department at +90 312 425 2200 ext. 13.
According to my records, my subscription
doesn´t expire for a few months yet. Why am I receiving
renewal notices now?
The notice that you´ve received is
an early reminder of the expiration date. We generally send
out renewal notices early in order to accommodate our
corporate customers who have budget considerations and to
ensure you don´t miss an opportunity to renew your
subscription at a special rate. You may choose to renew now
and take advantage of the special rate being offered, or
disregard the notices and renew at a later date, closer to
your last issue.
I paid my bill recently but I´ve just
received another notice. Why is that?
If you´ve
recently paid, the notice you received may have crossed in the
mail with your payment. You may wish to contact our Customer
Relations Department if you feel this is in error.
